Dennis Reynolds, Design Director, LADCO Design Studio
Award-winning Urban Designer Dennis Reynolds is the design director of LADCO Design Studio, a division
of LADCO Development, a leading Midwest commercial real estate firm. Mr. Reynolds has over twenty
five years of experience with a unique
combination of design, drawing,
communication, and facilitation skills. Mr.
Reynolds brings a strong depth of experience
to LADCO Development. His work has
received numerous design awards and has
been published in USA Today and Stadia
magazine. He has traveled internationally, to provide design leadership for significant projects while
employed by Sasaki Associates, HOK Sports+Venue+Events, NBBJ and Harland Bartholomew and
Associates.
His most celebrated projects include:
- Nanjing Olympic Sports Park for the 2005 China Games in Nanjing, China
- Birmingham, Alabama’s BJCC Convention and Entertainment District
- Dubai Formula One Autodrome and Mixed‐Use Development in the United Arab Emirates
